Alright I know that one thing that is bad that I have poor choices in healthy snacks. This is all of the food intake that I will have for today and I have 135 calories remaining which is not good because I should not be under my calorie intake but I am full. That is the only drink I had all day. I drink water all day long.

Give yourself a good pat on the back to counting and sticking with 1200 calories. Weight does't come off like the ads say. It's slow hard work. Keep at it . You'll make it!

DeleteHey it sounds good and looks good and I know you can do it! The only way I can stay on a diet is by writing down everything I eat! You should see the notebooks I have filled up. When I am dead and gone, Andee and Lynn are going to laugh at these books...but it works. At the end of the day you can see what you could change or do without or replace. It works! I agree with Red, you need a pat on the back! I love you so much, Vicki!
