Getting on track....

The plan was to get back on my weight loss track after Christmas. I have not succeed yet. I track my calories on a website and an app called fitness pal this is how I have lost the 30 pounds that I have lost so far. I was on facebook and saw a friend of mine is doing a 10 pound challenge until the end of January on the body by V diet. I am can not replace a meal with a shake, I have to have real food. This friend inspired me by posting a video of her getting on the scales and weighing an posted it on facebook. I could never do this. I would be so embarrassed and scared that I would not lose any weight. She is brave and I am proud of her and support her.

I love this  quote I found that fits me to a tee:

I did do bad yesterday to finish off my last splurging days I made my moms famous coconut pie.

  2. yes it is just a website that you track your calories on. Go to this website and make you a profile http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
    you can even track your exercise, put a recipe in to get calories for it. Check it out.

  3. I'm trying to get back on track as well. Guess I need to write a post. I love that quote - it's so true! I think you've done great to lose 30 so far!!! I'm like you because I could never post me weighing on a public site. It's hard enough to blog about it.
