|1.5 cup of lettuce 10 cals. tomato 27 cals. Sweet and spicy tuna 90 cals 2tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette 25 cals|

|Grilled chicken tenderloins 4.5 oz. 150 cals.|
|1/2 cup 50 cals.|
|1 cup 70 cals.|
|1/2 banana 60 calories|
|1/2 coke 70 calories I ate 5 squares 90 calories|

Alright I know that one thing that is bad that I have poor choices in healthy snacks. This is all of the food intake that I will have for today and I have 135 calories remaining which is not good because I should not be under my calorie intake but I am full. That is the only drink I had all day. I drink water all day long.
